Easy Statistical Calibration Tool
The ESC-20 is a user-friendly calibration tool that provides automatic first and second degree calibration for a wide array of systems and materials (both linear and non-linear). The ESC-20 can be used for: temperature sensors, IR gouges, moisture detectors (including Malcam’s MMA) and others. By implementing the ESC-20 the user is gaining full and independent control over quality control procedures in the plant. Utilizing a full scale comparison mechanism, the ESC-20 finds the best correlation between laboratory results and system results. Following a primary fitting between the behaviors of the two graphs of results, the ESC-20 creates the final fitting according to a STD selection that fits with the user's inserted criteria. The system allows for manual changing of the results which provides the user with the ability to review the impact of the changes on the behavior of the graph, as well as on the graphs ability to stand within the set criteria.
