HRDP
High Resolution Density Profiler A classic tool for detection of irregularities in bulk materials, also optimal for real-time evaluation of fermentation quality using density profiles.
The HRDP is a density bale profiler system which is one of the building blocks in Malcam’s INS-20 information networking statistical interpretation platform. Allowing real time detection of non-uniform density areas, inside scanned cases and bales, the HRDP represents a new patented approach, both theoretically and in practice, made possible through the integration of advanced signal processing technology. The main added value of this profiling program to the MMA product line is in providing a standalone detailed density profile graph that is then used to generate a more accurate and reliable moisture result. Said density information can also be used to establish control of different processing machineries in an effort to reach a more uniform and high quality product with minimal intervention to the production line.
Using the HRDP software tool, once the bale / case / package has been scanned by an MMA system, an additional density profile of the bale is sent to the software. An innovative signal processing algorithm is then applied to the data, resulting in a more accurate moisture result as well as an independent density profile of the scanned bale / case / package.
Main Features and Benefits:
• A state of the art signal processing algorithm
• Density compensation feature which increases MMA accuracy and reliability
• An independent bale / case / package density profile allowing for the detailed analysis of irregularities and uniformity issues within the scanned material
• Improving process control through data sharing and analysis
• A perfect companion to the MMA series of scanners
