Malcam's online microwave moisture and density measurements analyzer. Designed for scanning bulk tobacco at receiving and preprocessing, as well as primary and secondary processing stages. The MMA-4022 in a non-contact online analyzer which scans tobacco bales / C-48 cases and measures their internal moisture and density levels. Field-proven and operational in hundreds of various sites around the world, Malcam's MMA-4022 provides higher accuracy than many of the measurement methods normally used. The MMA-4022 scans and measures the volume of the material, while a lab only takes and tests a few samples. Sampling cannot reflect the actual moisture and density in the volume of the bale / case.
