Mr. Danny Moshe, Malcam's Co-Founder, President and CEO.

Mr. Moshe has over 25 years of experience in marketing, R&D and hi-tech project management and more than 15 years experience in managing hi-tech companies. Since founding Malcam in 1994, he facilitated its growth from a startup into a well-positioned, multi-million company with more than 750 installations worldwide.

Mr. Moshe currently serves as Malcam's President and Chairperson. Prior to establishing Malcam, Mr. Moshe held various management positions in subsidiaries of Elisra Electronic Systems, Israel's leading developer, manufacturer, and supplier of advanced electronic warfare systems.

Mr. Moshe holds an executive MBA, M.Sc.EE, and B.Sc.EE degrees from Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Alexander Greenwald, Malcam's Co-Founder and Chief Scientist.

Dr. Greenwald has over 25 years of experience in microwave and moisture measurement methods. Since establishing Malcam in 1994, Dr. Greenwald has utilized his extensive knowledge in physics and electrical engineering to develop Malcam's innovative core technology for microwave moisture and density measurement.

Prior to Malcam, Dr. Greenwald worked at the Nazareth Elite Technology Center as Project Manager for Research, focusing on the fusion of human bones using infrared light. He also has 16 years of experience from the Polytechnic University of Tashkent, first as a tenured lecturer, and later as a professor, head researcher, and department manager of the Measurement and Standards Department.

Dr. Greenwald is the author of 32 published articles and 4 books. He holds 18 granted patents. Dr. Greenwald holds a Ph. D. in Physics degree from the University of Tashkent, and a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Leningrad.

Mr. Gil Arbel, Malcam's VP Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Arbel joined Malcam in January 2010, bringing over 15 years of experience in international sales, marketing, and business development to the company.

Mr. Arbel lived and worked in the US when serving as the Director of Content and Technology for Gilat Satellite Networks (NASDAQ-GM:GILT). Prior to Gilat, Mr. Arbel served as the General Manager of Restart Business Development, a consultancy firm with clients suchas IDT (NYSE:IST) and Corbina, a Vimpelcom company (NYSE:VIP). Mr. Arbel held previous executive positions, including serving as the VP of Business Development at Zone4Play (NASDAQ:ZFPI), and being a lecturer at the MBA program of IDC Herzliya Business School.

Mr. Arbel completed his MBA studies at Derby University, and also holds an undergraduate degree (BFA) from Bezalel Academy. 

Ms. Aliza S. Moshe, Malcam's COO, Finance Director and BOD Member.

Ms. Moshe joined Malcam in 1998, bringing a wealth of experienceand knowlegde in both financial management and human resourcesto the company. This experience, coupled with her exceptional interpersonal skills, makes her a key contributor to Malcam's growth.

In Malcam, Ms. Moshe is responsible for various operational and finacial activities, including handling large client accounts, managing personnel, and overseeing all financial matters.

Ms. Moshe holds a B.A. in Human Resources and Accounting degree frpm the Management College, and is an active member of the Israeli Organization for the Advancement of Women in Managerial Positions.

Malcam employs an advisory team which includes experts in all areas of its activities.
